Vicky’s acting career began as a child where she was part of a children’s theatre group in Johannesburg who performed for the aged. She most recently took on a lead role in Fame, the musical which ran for 3 weeks in 2017. Her passion for drama lead her to obtain a PGCE in drama hons for education and she taught drama at Constantia Waldorf School in 2017. She also took the self-devised play ‘Any Colour as Long as it’s Black’ to the Grahamstown festival in 1999 as a part of a Trinity College exam. She was the lead in a matric production of ‘More Light’; performed at an interschools competition, where she was awarded a commendation. Stage highlights include a Jumbly in the pantomime by Edward Lear at Rhodes University. She was a featured extra in the Bollywood hit, ‘Andaaz’ and has worked extensively as an extra in adverts and in the TV series ‘Ice 2’. She applied her skills as a voice artist as a French Chardonnay grape for the Voicemap App. Vicky’s MC work included hosting, Murder Mystery games for a company based in Melbourne, Australia.
